These terms govern purchases from the Futeys online store. Placing an order means you accept them. Nothing in them limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example, a delivery address we cannot serve — and will refund you immediately in full if so.
Prices
All prices are displayed in the currency of your region and include any applicable taxes. The price at checkout is the price you pay. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel and refund the order.
Delivery, returns and guarantee
