The 90-day Futeys promise
Give your cat a full 90 days on Futeys taurine. If you're not satisfied — with the results, the taste acceptance, anything — contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No need to send the product back.

To claim: email us via the contact page with the name on your order. Your refund is returned to the original payment method within 14 days of your request, as required by law.

Our quality guarantee
Every batch of Futeys is quality-tested before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, contaminated, or with the wrong product, we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked. This covers the full shelf life of every product in your order.

What isn't covered
Requests made after the 90-day window, and products purchased through third-party retailers (contact them directly).
